Are you one of those people who avoid drinking water except at times when your body needs it?? It tastes boring sometimes, isn’t it? Well, It's time to change this bad habit, especially during the summer months when hydration is very important! One way to drink water more easily is infused water!!! Give a flavour to the water you drink at work, at home or at the gym with 0 calories! Check out the recipe below :

Ingredients for 4 glasses:   

5 cups of pure Veluda water

1 cup of blackberries

1 orange cut into thin slices

1 slice of ginger peeled

1 cup crushed ice for serving


Mix all ingredients and fresh water in a large pitcher and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Then serve with crushed ice and enjoy!

Don't forget to eat the fruit once you're done with your drink! You may, of course, be a little disappointed because the water will have soaked up all the flavour, but you'll still get their vitamins!
